Achieve high fidelity in NTT and scale nationwide through the Kader Academy to reach 200,000 CHWs. Over the next five years, we will impact 1.5 million women and 700,000 children under five, positioning NTT as a blueprint for success. By implementing the ideal model in NTT, we will test, refine, and validate its effectiveness, building a robust evidence base to ensure the model is proven, scalable, and ready for national adoption.
