The 1000 Days Fund was created as a bold approach to invent and test innovative, cost-effective solutions to help end stunting in Indonesia a condition that affects 1 in 3 Indonesian kids. In our quest to improve maternal and newborn health, we partner with governments to build capacity, work closely with communities to deliver tools, train Community Health Workers (CHWs), and advocate for national and grassroots policy change to address the root causes.

Set in Labuan Bajo, this short documentary explores how stunting manifests in Indonesian rural communities. Through personal stories, expert interviews, and on-the-ground footage, viewers are presented with a cohesive and artistic picture of the dangers of stunting on a child, a family, a community, and our nation.
